Four Days in Paradise…

 
Surrounded by Camelback Mountains, plenty of hiking trails and culinary choices, the  Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, AZ  is a destination of choice.  There are many options for accommodations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area – having enjoyed dinner at Elements Restaurant  a few years ago, I was quite taken by the praying buddha mountain peak visible from the patio  and promised to return for a long weekend.
