Ciabatta Stuffing is mandatory!

Holidays embrace traditions with family, friends and loved ones.  Although, I do believe that starting new traditions are a wonderful way to add your own signature to the special time of the year.
A few years ago I started making   Ciabatta Stuffing for the holidays. Ciabatta Stuffing  Not only has it been incredibly delicious, I find myself sharing the recipe with others. Today while shopping in Whole Foods a lady asked me about the sausage I was purchasing at the meat counter. I share with her that I had moved away from traditional stuffing and shared the differences with this Ciabatta stuffing,  my new go-to recipe.
