Giving back this time of year is prolific – and there are so many people, organizations, and non-profits that welcome your time, energy, support and dedication to their cause.

Long weekends are good for the soul, relationships, exhaling and discovery. On this trip, my second one to Savannah (with my BFF), we set our sights on the Perry Lane Hotel, Luxury Collection, which is in perfect proximity to the historic district of Savannah.
Self-care is the most important “best practice” we give ourselves. However, life gets in the way, big-time; We’ve become so busy with our to-do lists, responsibilities, and obligations that we’ve forgotten who drives the bus.
Just under a one hour flight from Miami, enjoy a private tour of Old Havana. Wander the streets, enjoy a coffee, visit the Almacenes San Jose market, offering paintings, jewelry, crafts and murals.
How many bananas are in your freezer? Truth be told, I didn’t always save brown bananas, until I saw my daughter-in-law’s freezer!
